Scholarships at Chongqing Medical University come in two types with slightly different criteria. There are scholarships funded by the Chinese government for countries with diplomatic ties and cultural exchanges, which are targeted to students from those nations only. The other is the Tuition Scholarship, with benefits for both Chinese applicants as well as internationals who enroll in undergraduate programs at CQMU. Each offers a full scholarship per year and priority consideration if not selected due to limited funding and high competition respectively. If you apply for one of these scholarships, it is best to only apply for one type - we cannot combine them together due to financial constraints or limitations of eligibility. To be eligible for this award, you must meet the following conditions:- Be a citizen of a country other than China and have sound mind and healthy body
- Different programs have different age requirements, but you cannot be more than 65 years old in these cases.
- You have to hold at least two degrees in order to be considered for this scholarship. These include PhD's, MA's or equivalent qualifications.
The students who are pre-admitted to your course are also eligible. To apply, please don't send any application that has been nominated by another institution or person explicitly aimed at applying for CCS scholarship programs with Chongqing Medical University.
Filling The Form
In order to apply for the CSC scholarship, create an account with all your details. Then select a scholarship and enter the agency number from that application into this form.Different types of scholarships are available for different programs. Maximize The Probability Of Winning The Scholarship
Chongqing Medical University is one of the leading Chinese universities that select candidates for the CSC scholarship through a rigorous selection process. Applicants must submit a range of documents, and each university sets its own requirements. You will need to provide, at the very least:- the CSC application form
- your resume
- two letters of reference from your previous professors
In addition, if your university wants to verify your ID or other documentation before accepting your hard copies, you can submit soft copies with your application. It's worth double-checking that you've submitted all required documents and information - anything missing might affect whether or not you're selected for an interview.
When To Apply And Wait For Results
The Chongqing Medical University scholarship goes through five steps:- Fill out the pre-admissions form between October and February
- Fill out the CGS form by April
- The university will process your application in May - June
- We will send you an email with invitation for our annual scholarship award ceremony in July-August
- You can join our course starting in September
